Required skills:

 Looking for a candidate who has experience leading and managing a team of 15–20 members.

15years of enterprise application experience, including at least 5 years with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.

Strong hands-on experience with Power Pages, Dataverse, model-driven Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure DevOps.

Experience with C#, .NET, plugins, JavaScript/TypeScript, Dataverse Web API, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and enterprise integrations.

Strong knowledge of Power Platform ALM, managed solutions, environment variables, connection references, security roles, and deployment pipelines.

Experience leading distributed development teams and delivering end-to-end Power Platform implementations.

Strong communication, troubleshooting, documentation, and customer-facing skills.

Government, healthcare, licensing, regulatory-system, and WCAG accessibility experience is preferred. Microsoft PL-400 or PL-600 certification is desirable
