Position: SAP PI / PO
Job Description
As part of the team, ensure globally the good management of interfaces around Altair and participate to the
development of some specifics:
– Ensure production interface are up and running and properly monitored
– Help on tests performed either by Core Team or power users
– Implement new interfaces linked to deployment or the enhancement of the SAP solution
– Provide technical/development assistance to Core team
– Ensure that all interfaces’ developments delivered will be reliable, maintainable, fit for purpose and will
deliver good performance.
Key Responsibilities:
– Act as a strong team player with a “get it done” attitude.
– Deliver high-quality integration solutions by applying lessons learned from past experiences and proposing
process improvements, tools, and best practices.
– Ensure quality-oriented delivery, including preparation and communication of guidelines, standards, and
reference documentation.
– Communicate effectively with cross-functional and global teams, working in a well-organized, autonomous
manner.
– Participate in end-to-end project implementation and support activities across the global SAP CPI
integration lifecycle.
– Design, implement, and monitor end-to-end integration processes, ensuring stable and reliable interface
operations.
Key Requirements
– 5+ years of experience in SAP PI/PO and SAP CPI implementation and development.
– Strong experience in global SAP integration project cycles, including support and enhancement activities.
– Good knowledge of SAP PI/PO, including:
– PI mappings and Adapter Engine configuration (IDoc, RFC, File, Web Service)
– SWD, Integration Directory (ID), ESR components
– NWA and PI database operations
– Strong hands-on experience with SAP CPI, including:– Design, build, testing, and troubleshooting of integrations
– Custom iFlows, local integration processes, and exception sub-processes
– Expertise in CPI adapters such as ODATA, SFTP, IDOC, SOAP, HTTP, REST, Process Direct, Event Mesh, etc.
– Experience in data transformations and conversions (JSON to XML, CSV to XML, etc.).
– Hands-on experience with transport management and exposure to PI to CPI migration projects.
– Knowledge of security artifacts, including encryption and decryption mechanisms.
– Good understanding of interface monitoring and integration operations.
– Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
– Functional knowledge of SAP SD, MM, FI modules is an added advantage
