Job
Summary:
We are
seeking an experienced Oracle EBS R12 Consultant with strong expertise
in Order Management and Advanced Pricing, along with hands-on L2
Support experience in Oracle Retail modules. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for application support, issue resolution, and monitoring
critical batch processes and integrations across retail systems.
Key
Responsibilities:
Application
Support & L2 Operations
- Provide L2 production support for Oracle Retail and EBS
applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
Oracle
Retail Modules Support
- Support and maintain the following modules:
- Oracle RMS (Retail Merchandising System)
- Oracle RESA (Retail Sales Audit)
- Oracle RHIM (Retail Invoice Matching)
- Oracle GL (General Ledger)
- Merchandising systems
Batch
Monitoring & Integration
- Monitor batch jobs, interfaces, and data pipelines.
- Ensure smooth execution of daily/weekly batch cycles.
- Investigate and resolve failures in integrations and workflows.
Technical
Development & Data Handling
- Write and optimize SQL and PL/SQL queries for
troubleshooting and data fixes.
- Work with Databricks for data processing and analytics
support.
- Manage and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud
(OIC).
Stakeholder
Collaboration
- Coordinate with business users, functional teams, and technical
teams.
- Provide timely updates and ensure minimal business disruption.
Required
Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 Order Management &
Advanced Pricing.
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Retail modules (RMS, RESA,
RHIM, GL).
- Proven experience in L2 Production/Application Support.
- Strong expertise in:
- SQL / PL-SQL
- Databricks
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Experience in batch job monitoring and troubleshooting
integrations.
- Good understanding of retail business processes.
Preferred
Skills:
- Experience with incident management tools (ServiceNow, Jira,
etc.)
- Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
