Detailed Job Description:
· Strong experience building reports using Cognos Analytics
· Production support experience
· Perform end-to-end report testing and support UAT efforts.
· Proficiency in IBM Cognos Analytics (11.x) Reporting.
· Expertise in IBM Cognos Framework Manager for building and maintaining metadata models.
· Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases and data warehousing concepts.
· Collaborate with business users to refine and document report requirements.
· Translate business needs into clear, testable technical specifications for Cognos development.
· Maintain detailed documentation on report logic and data sources.
· Quickly onboard to new projects and manage deliverables with minimal supervision.
· Familiarity with performance tuning of Cognos reports and queries.
· Knowledge/experience of Cognos row level security.
