Hiring: Power BI Report Developer (100% Remote) 

 Location: 100% Remote (Preferred: Roanoke, VA area)
 Duration: 12+ Months

We're looking for an experienced Power BI Report Developer to support a large-scale migration project, converting approximately 200 Qlik reports to Power BI.

Required Skills:

✅ 7+ years of Power BI development experience
✅ Hands-on experience converting Qlik reports to Power BI
✅ Healthcare Payer or Dental industry experience (preferred)
✅ Experience mentoring or cross-training team members on Power BI

Responsibilities:

• Convert existing Qlik dashboards and reports into Power BI
• Develop high-quality, scalable Power BI reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate reporting requirements
• Provide knowledge transfer and cross-training to internal team members
