· SAP Ariba SCC resource
Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)
· 12 years’ experience in SAP Ariba SCC resource modules with 2-3 full cycle implementation experience of mid-to-high complexity.
· Ensure effective integration between SAP MM and Ariba SCC modules.
· Facilitate supplier onboarding, data synchronization, and collaboration through the Ariba network.
· Strong understanding of supplier collaboration processes and Ariba SCC integration.
· Have hands-on experience in sub modules like PO Collaboration, Forecast Collaboration, Consignment, Quality Notifications and Returns Collaboration.
· Ability to define functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams.
· Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to listen, understand and facilitate process improvements.
· Excellent communication and relational skills required.
· Must have a focus on customer satisfaction.
· Must be able to work independently with little direction/supervision.
· Must be adaptable and capable of absorbing new concepts and situations rapidly.
· Provide training and post-go-live support to end-users and suppliers.
· Must be a strong team player.
