Job Title: Sr. Systems Engineer (Telco OSS/BSS)

Location: Dallas, TX and Atlanta, GA

Number of openings: 10

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in science/IT/Computing or equivalent.
Telecom Domain Knowledge (OSS / provisioning of Broadband preferred)
Experience with System Architecture. Demonstrated ability to architect scalable large applications.
Expertise in creating and presenting user stories.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
5+ years of experience in Agile and/or SAFe development methodologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of various TM Forum APIs used for Product, Inventory, and Service Management.
Knowledge of Azure, Kafka
Knowledge of Service NOW & Order Management for Telecommunications & Media module is preferred.
Strong Leader

Good to Have:

Knowledge of workflows and BSS suite of Systems
Knowledge of Network architectures, Inventory Creation, Management, and Provisioning
Microsoft Azure Certification (Solutions)

Experience in testing

Retirement/Pension Benefits Experience Required

Title - Business Analyst
Location: 100% Remote

Business Analyst with a minimum of 2 years of Retirement Systems, Pension systems/Domain EXPERIENCE and a total 7+ years of professional experience (Remote work)

· A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, IT, Management, Math, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree a plus

· Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience working in a Business Analyst role for the design, development, and implementation of large-scale Pension solutions

· Experience evaluating business requirements and working with subject matter experts (SME) and technical analysts (TA) to translate into a functional design

· Proven ability to develop task plans, manage time effectively across simultaneous project activities, and meet target deadlines

· Analytically approaches tasks and focuses on defining a solution to the root need of the task

· Experience with multiple implementation methodologies (e.g., AGILE, waterfall)

· Experience with business processing modeling or BPMN

· Understanding of entity relationships and data structures (Experience with SQL or querying data structures)

· CBAP, ECBA, or PMI-PBA certification

· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to clearly articulate technical solutions to non-technical staff.

· Must be US Citizen or have permanent or valid work status in the US.
