Role: Engineering Project Manager
Location: Culver City, CA
Type: 12-month contract + possible extension
Work Schedule: Onsite Tue/Wed/Thu (Hybrid)
Max Rate: $55/hour on C2C
Role Overview:
You will manage complex engineering initiatives, working closely with product managers, engineering teams, business stakeholders, QA, and operations. This role requires strong communication skills, technical understanding, and proven success delivering cross-functional projects in fast-moving environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as technical liaison between engineering, product, and business teams
• Translate business requirements into engineering tasks + timelines
• Drive end-to-end delivery of cross-functional engineering projects
• Coordinate with engineering teams across multiple time zones
• Manage project risks, resources, and dependencies
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Support SDLC process development and continuous improvement
• Communicate project status and key decisions to stakeholders
Required Experience:
• Proven experience managing engineering or technical projects
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and software delivery workflows
• Exceptional communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage distributed teams and multi-time-zone collaboration
• Experience with risk management, dependency mapping, and project planning
