Role1)

Job Title: Generative AI Solution Architect

Location: Raritan, NJ – Onsite

Duration: 12+ Months

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Generative AI Solution Architect to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have overall 15+ years of hands-on experience in IT Industry and 2+ years of the field of Generative AI, with a proven track record of developing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions.

This role requires a creative thinker who can leverage new technologies and ideas to drive innovation.

Strong hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., Langchain, Langgraph).

Must have experience working with any agentic framework.

Experience with Azure AI Search or vector databases.

Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts and processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Solutioning architecture and Design of generative AI solutions, leveraging NLP, text analytics, sentiment analysis, transformer models, GenAI, LLM and vector databases to drive innovation and business impact.
  • Develop and execute gen-AI roadmaps, ensuring the successful delivery of gen-AI projects/solutions from ideation to deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Innovate and experiment with new Gen AI technologies to enhance our product offerings.

Long Description

  • Oversee the design and optimization of gen-AI algorithms, models, and frameworks, ensuring robustness, efficiency, and accuracy
  • Experiment with cutting-edge techniques and stay abreast of advancements in the field of generative AI.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure project alignment and success.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into scalable gen-AI solutions, driving tangible value for the organization.
  • Take ownership of tasks and projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Lead technical discussions and guide development teams in implementing solutions using Python, Flask, FastAPI, SQL, and JavaScript.
  • Ensure adherence to architectural best practices and standards.
  • Work on deploying AI models into production environments and ensure scalability and reliability.
  • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development in AI technologies.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting knowledge sharing and cross-team collaboration to achieve AI excellence

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., Langchain, Langgraph).
  • Must have experience working with any agentic framework.
  • Experience with Azure AI Search or vector databases.
  • Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts and processes.
  • Proven ability to think creatively and implement innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and a proactive approach to work.
  • Good knowledge of cloud platforms and related technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Extensive experience in developing and deploying Python applications.    
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
  • Ability to write modular and maintainable code using Python.

Essential job tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor degree of Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision technologies.
  • It would be an added advantage if the candidate holds certifications in cloud technologies and Generative AI.

Role 2)

Job Title: GEN AI Architect

Location: Raritan, NJ – Onsite

Duration: 12+ Months

 

Must have 15+ years of experience working in Data science, Machine learning and especially NLP technologies.
Strong Architecture exp is must.
Must have experience with Agentic AI frameworks – LangGraph, LlamaIndex etc.

 

  • Strong understanding of Agents development.
  • Experience with Python programming language in a must.
  • Ability to develop Python code as needed and train the Developers based on business needs.
  • Experience with AWS / Azure ecosystem is a must.
  • Preferable candidate should possess Pharma background in Clinical or Regulatory processes.
  • Strong understanding of cloud native application development in AWS / Azure.
  • Exposure to various LLM technologies and solid understanding of Transformer Encoder Networks

 

Essential job tasks

  • Able to apply deep learning and generative modeling techniques to develop LLM solutions in the field of Artificial Intelligence.
  • Utilize your extensive knowledge and expertise in machine learning (ML) with a focus on generative models, including but not limited to generative adversarial networks (GANs), variational autoencoders (VAEs), and transformer-based architectures.
  • Solid understanding of Model development, model serving, training/re-training techniques in a data sparse environment.
  • Very good understanding of Prompt engineering techniques in developing Instruction based LLMs.
  • Must be able to design and implement state-of-the-art generative models for natural language processing (NLP) tasks such as text generation, text completion, language translation, and document summarization.
  • Work with SAs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and deliver solutions that meet the customer needs.
  • Passionate to learn and stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI and LLM.
  • Nice to have -contributions to the research community through publications, presentations, and participation in relevant conferences or workshops.
  • Evaluate and preprocess large-scale datasets, ensuring data quality and integrity, and develop data pipelines for training and evaluation of generative models.
  • Ability to articulate to business stakeholders on the hallucination effects and various model behavioral analysis techniques followed.
  • Exposure to developing Guardrails for LLMs both with open source and cloud native models.
  • Collaborate with software engineers to deploy and optimize generative models in production environments, considering factors such as scalability, efficiency, and real-time performance.
  • Nice to have- provide guidance to junior data scientists, sharing expertise and knowledge in generative AI and LLM, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the data science team.
  • Experience on Marklogic is good to have in it.
