Role:- AI/ML Architect with Customer Segmentation.

Location: Bay Area, CA/Hybrid

Job Summary

• A combination of classic AI/ML and Agentic AI expertise in architectural/lead roles delivering production solutions
• Some prior experience in AI/ML based seller enablement or customer intelligence use cases like segmentation, propensity, cross-sell/upsell, win-probability, churn, etc.
• Hands-on with boosting/ensemble methods, logistic regression, tree-based model etc.
• Demonstrated expertise in Agentic AI: agent orchestration (planner/executor), tool use/function calling, NL2SQL, RAG, NL2AI/ML pipelines and guardrails.
• Expertise in combining autonomous agents for information extraction
• Exposure to AI/ML, Agentic AI platforms from GCP (like Vertex.ai, Gemini etc.) huge plus
• Excellent communication: ability to lead technical discussions, presentations, write clear architecture docs, narrate insights, and align execs C distributed dev teams across US and India
