Hiring: BI Solution Analyst

Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI
 Work Model: Hybrid – 2 days/week onsite
Role Overview

We are looking for a BI Solution Analyst with strong SQL, data warehousing, business analysis, and data lineage experience. The candidate will work with business and technical teams to understand requirements and support BI/reporting solutions.

 Key Skills

• 9+ years of BI, Data Analysis, or Solution Analysis experience

• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge

• Data Warehousing

• Business & Technical Requirements

• Source-to-Target Mapping

• Data Lineage

• ETL

• Data Modeling

• Informatica preferred

• Strong communication and analytical skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
