Position Overview
We are seeking an exceptional and highly skilled SailPoint IIQ Developer with deep expertise in custom connectors, SCIM, RESTful API integrations, and SailPoint infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing complex IAM solutions, with a strong understanding of the underlying infrastructure and performance optimization.

 

You should be technically excellent, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to work on challenging projects in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement custom connectors for various target systems.

 

Build and configure SCIM-based integrations for automated provisioning and deprovisioning.

 

Develop and consume RESTful APIs for seamless application integrations with SailPoint IIQ.

 

Analyze, optimize, and maintain SailPoint infrastructure for performance, scalability, and reliability.

 

Lead end-to-end implementation of SailPoint IIQ modules (Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Requests, Certifications, Provisioning).

 

Troubleshoot complex integration and performance issues, providing root cause analysis and solutions.

 

Collaborate with architecture, security, and application teams to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient IAM solutions.

 

Document technical designs, configurations, and operational procedures.

 

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ development and implementation.

 

Proven expertise in custom connector development and SCIM protocol integrations.

 

Strong knowledge and experience with RESTful API development and integration.

 

Deep understanding of SailPoint infrastructure setup, scaling, tuning, and high availability.

 

Strong experience in Java, Beanshell, and scripting languages.

 

Knowledge of databases (Oracle, MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL) and directory services (AD, LDAP).

 

Experience in Access Governance, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and compliance frameworks.

 

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

 

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
