Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in US financial localization, deep functional knowledge across Record to Report (RTR), Core FI, and Profit Center Accounting (PC), and proven experience in independently leading workshops with senior finance stakeholders. Experience in manufacturing, particularly automotive or automotive parts manufacturing, is highly preferred, with an understanding of OEM supply chain and intercompany processes.

• Lead and facilitate finance workshops, gathering and analyzing business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and SAP configurations.
• Design, configure, and test SAP FICO modules.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and localization requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, etc.) to deliver end-to-end solutions, including intercompany and OEM-related processes.
• Guide and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Support finance-related data migration and reconciliation, including intercompany transactions.
• Deliver end-user training and maintain functional documentation
• Provide post-go-live and hypercare support, resolving production issues efficiently

Skills

• 10+ years of SAP FI implementation experience, including at least 3 E2E projects as Lead Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of US localization, tax rules, and compliance
• Proficiency in RTR, Core FI, Profit Center Accounting, and integration with MM, SD
• Industry experience in automotive or automotive parts manufacturing highly desirable, ideally with exposure to OEM supply chain and intercompany processes
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA 
• Must be able and willing to work on-site in Tennessee, USA.
