· Integrate IBM Verify with enterprise systems (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, cloud platforms).
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to authentication and access control.
· Provide ongoing support for IBM Verify configurations and integrations.
· Security and Compliance
· Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and industry standards.
· Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and enforce least privilege principles.
· Conduct regular audits and vulnerability assessments on IAM systems.
· Collaboration and Documentation
· Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement IAM solutions.
· Document configurations, workflows, and best practices for IBM Verify usage.
· Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
· Enhancements and Upgrades
· Stay updated on IBM Verify updates and patches, implementing them as needed.
· Recommend and implement enhancements to improve system performance and security.
Technical Expertise:
· Strong hands-on experience with IBM Verify (configuration, deployment, and support).
· Proficiency in integrating IBM Verify with enterprise systems and cloud platforms.
· Knowledge of authentication protocols like SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and LDAP.
· Experience with multifactor authentication (MFA) and single sign-on (SSO).
Security Knowledge:
· Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) concepts and best practices.
· Understanding of security frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS.
· Tools and Technologies:
· Proficiency with directory services (Active Directory, Azure AD, etc.).
· Experience with monitoring and debugging tools for authentication systems.

Job Description:
· System Implementation and Configuration
· Configure and deploy IBM Tririga modules such as Space Management, Lease Management, and Facilities Maintenance.
· Customize workflows, forms, and processes within IBM Tririga to meet business requirements.
· Perform system upgrades and patch management for IBM Tririga environments.
· Business Analysis and Process Optimization
· Analyze business requirements and map them to IBM Tririga functionalities.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize real estate and facilities management processes.
· Develop and implement strategies to improve user adoption and operational efficiency.
· Integration and Support
· Integrate IBM Tririga with other enterprise systems such as ERP, CAFM, or CMMS platforms.
· Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IBM Tririga applications.
· Monitor system performance and ensure the stability and availability of the platform.
· Training and Documentation
· Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, workflows, and processes.
· Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders to ensure effective use of IBM Tririga.
