Job Responsibilities
Lead Technical Delivery: Oversee the technical workstream for Oracle Cloud Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, and EPM implementations, ensuring successful delivery of integrations, conversions, extensions, reports, and environment management.
Hands-On Execution: Actively participate in design, build, testing, and deployment of technical solutions, with direct involvement in environment management, interface and conversion development, and application security.
Integration & Conversion Management: Plan, estimate, and manage delivery of interface and conversion objects, coordinating with source system teams and middleware vendors.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between the Oracle Cloud technical team and client application teams (e.g., Epic, API/Data Lake), as well as third-party vendors.
Project Governance & Communication: Represent the technical team in PMO and cross-workstream meetings; provide weekly status updates, highlight risks, and escalate issues as needed.
Design & Architecture Guidance: Participate in technical design reviews, advise on Oracle Cloud architecture decisions, and ensure adherence to leading practices.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Anticipate project pitfalls, proactively mitigate risks, and drive technical readiness for system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and cutover activities.
Security & Environment Oversight: Manage Oracle Cloud environments, coordinate with Oracle on service requests, and oversee security design and build in collaboration with functional and security leads.
Post-Go-Live Support: Lead technical activities during cutover, hypercare, and knowledge transfer; contribute to the design of the sustainment model for ongoing operations.
Qualifications
Experience: 10–12 years of progressive IT experience with at least 5+ years in Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM/EPM technical delivery.
Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware), data conversions, reports (OTBI, BIP), extensions (VBCS, PaaS), and environment/security management.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead technical teams in a consulting or SI environment, guiding delivery while maintaining hands-on involvement.
Methodology: Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), with experience planning and managing estimates, technical design, and execution.
Consulting Background: Prior Big 4 or top-tier consulting experience strongly preferred, with the ability to “see around corners” and anticipate common project risks and pitfalls.
Collaboration & Communication: Excellent stakeholder management skills; comfortable working across client IT teams, business owners, and third-party vendors.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree or Oracle certifications are a plus.
2. SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud GRC Implementation Architect

Role Description:
An S/4HANA Public Cloud GRC Implementation Architect is responsible for designing and implementing GRC solutions tailored for the S/4HANA Public Cloud environment, aligning with business processes, industry regulations, and compliance frameworks.
Essential Skills:
Responsibilities -
1. Solution Architecture & Design
Design end-to-end GRC architecture tailored to public cloud constraints.
Ensure compatibility with SAP’s standardized and restricted public cloud capabilities.
Integrate SAP GRC modules such as Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management (if available via SAP BTP or side-by-side extensions).
2. Security & Access Governance
Design role-based access control (RBAC) and segregation of duties (SoD) frameworks.
Implement SAP Identity Access Governance (IAG) or integrate with third-party tools for access control and provisioning.
3. Regulatory Compliance
Map compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001) to S/4HANA business processes.
Collaborate with audit teams to ensure reporting and control readiness.
4. Integration & Extensions
Use SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) to implement side-by-side GRC functionalities not natively supported in the public cloud.
Interface with external GRC tools if SAP GRC is not supported directly.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with security teams, auditors, IT leadership, and SAP COE.
Ensure alignment with business goals and IT governance standards.
