The Department's OIT is seeking the services of two (2) experienced Business Management Specialists.
Location: The work will be conducted on-site with the Department's OIT at the Carlton Building at 501 South Calhoun Street and 315 South Calhoun Street, Tallahassee, Florida.
Scope of Work/Job Characteristics: The Business Management Specialists for the Offender-Based Information System (OBIS) Modernization Program play a critical role in driving organizational readiness, strengthening stakeholder engagement, and supporting the successful transition to modernized business processes and systems. This position serves as a bridge between project leadership, technical teams, and end users, ensuring clear communication, well-managed change impacts, and alignment between business operations and modernization goals. Through proactive coordination, rigorous process analysis, and strategic change management support, the specialist helps optimize workflows, enhance program visibility, and promote continuous improvement across the modernization lifecycle.
