Role Overview
Senior .NET Software Developer to support the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) on a long-term, high-impact project focused on federal program systems and workflow automation.
This role involves implementing and customizing a .NET-based application to support federal programs, including workflow automation, document management, reporting, and user portals.
You will:
✔ Design, develop & maintain .NET applications (C#,
ASP.NET, .NET Core)
✔ Build and integrate REST APIs
✔ Work with SQL Server & database design
✔ Customize and deploy enterprise applications
✔ Collaborate with business teams for requirements
& implementation
✔ Ensure security, performance, and scalability
Required Skills
✔ 8+
years in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core)
✔ ASP.NET MVC / Web API experience
✔ Entity Framework / ORM tools
✔ SQL Server, stored procedures & DB design
✔ Cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)
✔ DevOps, CI/CD & Agile SDLC
