Job Title: Delivery program Manager
Location : New Jersey and GA
Job type : C2C contract

• Ensure predictable, consistent, and successful program delivery as defined in the program charter and scope.
• Develop and manage the overall program roadmap and provide complete visibility to all stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Lead program planning activities, including:
  • Defining overall program scope.
  • Creating and maintaining integrated program schedules and key milestones.
  • Identifying and communicating program dependencies, risks, and impacts.
  • Establishing governance mechanisms including:
    • Program Management Approach
    • Communication Plan
    • Risk Management
    • Issue Management
    • Change Control
  • Ensuring smooth transition of deliverables to Operations.
• Execute programs in alignment with organizational governance and leadership expectations.
• Define program success criteria and manage execution to achieve expected business outcomes.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.
• Provide regular program status updates, executive reports, and dashboards to ensure transparency.
• Enable leadership to make timely decisions through accurate program reporting and governance.
• Analyze challenges, evaluate alternatives, and implement effective solutions.
• Escalate critical issues appropriately and lead cross-functional problem-solving activities.
• Apply industry-standard Program and Project Management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Provide leadership and matrix management for Project Managers, Program Managers, and supporting teams.
• Manage program financials including:
  • Business case development
  • Budget planning
  • Spend forecasting
  • Cost tracking
  • Financial reporting
  • Budget approvals
• Develop and maintain client communication plans.
• Oversee client change management activities.
• Ensure end-to-end testing, client validation, and formal sign-off before production deployment, cutover, migration, and go-live activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of Program Management, Project Management, or Consulting experience.
• Strong understanding of Program Management lifecycle, methodologies, governance, and PMO best practices.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading:
  • Large-scale enterprise transformation programs
  • Data Center Consolidation initiatives
  • Infrastructure modernization programs
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading cross-functional matrix organizations.
• Proficiency with Project Management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written executive communication skills.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Software Industry preferred.

• 10+ years of Enterprise Program Management experience.
• Strong Banking or Financial Services domain experience.
• Experience leading large Infrastructure, Cloud Migration, or Data Center Consolidation programs.
• Strong PMO and Governance background.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing large budgets and cross-functional global teams.
