SAP Embedded EWM Consultant – Remote (EST) – Pharma/GxP Experience Required

Location: Remote (Must support EST hours)

Required Skills & Experience

We are seeking an experienced SAP Embedded EWM Consultant with strong SAP S/4HANA transformation experience and recent Pharma/Life Sciences domain expertise.

SAP & Functional Expertise

• SAP S/4HANA Embedded EWM implementation experience
• Global Template Design and S/4HANA Transformation programs
• SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and Logistics Execution (LE)
• End-to-End Warehouse Process Design
• Advanced Warehouse Operations:
  • Inbound Processing
  • Outbound Processing
  • Internal Warehouse Movements
• Handling Unit (HU) Management
• Batch Management and Traceability

Pharma / Life Sciences Experience (Mandatory)

• Recent Pharma or Life Sciences project experience
• Strong understanding of GxP compliance requirements
• Cold Chain Supply Chain processes
• Serialized Supply Chain processes
• Regulatory and validation-driven warehouse operations

Integration Experience

• SAP EWM integration with:
  • Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
  • SAP Transportation Management (TM)
  • SAP Quality Management (QM)
  • External third-party systems

Project Delivery Experience

• Requirement Gathering and Solution Design
• Functional Specifications and Configuration
• Testing Management (SIT/UAT)
• Cutover Planning and Execution
• Deployment and Go-Live Support
• Hypercare Management

Preferred Qualifications

• Multiple SAP EWM implementation or transformation projects
• Experience in global deployments
• Strong stakeholder communication and client-facing skills
• Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments

Key Requirement

Recent Pharma/Life Sciences experience with GxP compliance is mandatory.
