Job Title: Senior Release Train Engineer

Location: Cary, Raleigh-NC (On-Site)

Duration: Contract Role.

 

Required Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience as an RTE senior program manager, with a significant focus on managing large, transformational initiatives using Safe Principles
• A total of 12+ years of experience in software delivery and transformation programs
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and stakeholder management
• Proven ability to stand up and lead large programs from inception to completion
• Strong leadership skills with experience in building and guiding diverse teams
• Strong Safe expertise and Agile experience
• Knowledge of CI/CD, testing, metrics, project management, and technical collaboration
• Ability to secure buy-in from diverse stakeholders and influence without authority
• Ability to collaborate and brainstorm in a team environment and holistically manage challenges
• Experience working with various vendors, establishing user forums, training, and roadmap sessions

Responsibilities

• The role will include collaborating with partners from business, operations, technology, and risk management functions to manage and drive scalable solutions
• Serve as the primary communication lead, articulating program vision and progress to all stakeholders, including executive leadership
• Build and oversee a robust Agile Program management to ensure seamless operation and alignment of large-scale projects
• Facilitating Pl planning, backlog refinement, and iteration planning
• Ensure effective execution of program increments and adherence to Agile principles and practices
• Facilitating key ceremonies like Pl planning and Scrum of Scrums.
