📌 Position Overview
Software Engineer 3 / Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and maintain applications using the Microsoft Power Platform.
The selected candidate will develop solutions across Dynamics 365, PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI, while supporting system enhancements and process automation initiatives.
💻 Key Responsibilities
- Develop applications using Microsoft Power Platform
- Design and build Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps
- Implement solutions using Dynamics 365 and Dataverse
- Create and maintain Power Automate flows and business process automation
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Work with Power Pages portals
- Support Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) administration
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Participate in Agile development cycles and sprint planning
- Maintain documentation, testing standards, and solution architecture
🎯 Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years experience with SaaS and/or PaaS environments
- 5+ years hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, PowerApps, and Power Automate
- 4+ years Microsoft Power Platform development
- 2+ years experience designing Canvas and Model-driven PowerApps
- Experience using Dataverse, SharePoint, or other databases as backend
- Experience developing Power Automate Flows and Desktop Flows
- Strong understanding of Dataverse tables
- Understanding of Power Pages portals
- Knowledge of Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center
- Familiarity with Articulate / Reach 360
