Job Title: Salesforce Business System Analyst (Conga Composer exp)

 

Location : Remote

 

• Focus: Technical discovery and cross-functional knowledge transfer.
• Key Expectations: Must be proficient in Lucid Chart to map complex "as-is" state flows and technical customizations.
• Strategic Alignment: This is a shared resource across Sales, Marketing, and Services Cloud. They will act as the "glue" between stakeholders and the Architect, ensuring that technical customizations are fully documented for long-term supportability and eventual transition. The goal is to start with one, and if needed may need to scale to 2 BSAs.
• Conga Composer Experience is a must
• Must be Admin, Developer certified
