• Provides technical assistance, troubleshooting, and maintenance for SharePoint Online/M365 environments
• Key duties include managing user permissions, resolving site issues, configuring lists/libraries, and improving user adoption.
• Proficiency in PowerShell for automation, and Power Platform (Power Apps/Automate)
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the primary point of contact for SharePoint issues, resolving incidents related to site access, broken workflows, or content display.
• Administration & Maintenance: Manage site collections, lists, libraries, and content types. Maintain SharePoint farm/tenant health, including patching and updates.
• Provide day to day support for SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and custom components.
• Permissions Management: Configure and audit user access, security groups, and permissions, ensuring compliance with data security policies.
• Platform Customization: Use Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) to create custom workflows, forms, and site templates.
• User Training & Documentation: Create FAQs, user guides, and training material to help users maximize SharePoint capabilities.
• Integration Support: Support the integration of SharePoint with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and other Office 365 services.
• Handle support tickets end to end, ensuring timely closure without SLA breach and preventing DSAT (dissatisfaction) through proactive communication and resolution.
• Conduct audit checks across all parameters (security, compliance, performance, governance) to ensure solutions pass organizational and regulatory audits.
• Troubleshoot SPFx solutions, REST API integrations, and Power Platform apps/workflows to ensure smooth operations.
• Support business users with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), guiding them on best practices, scalability, and compliance.
• Manage Dataverse and Power Platform connectors for seamless integration with SharePoint and enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure high quality deliverables.
• Document support procedures and create knowledge base articles to enable self-service and reduce repetitive queries.
• Implement automation strategies to minimize manual support tasks and improve efficiency.
