Senior SFDC Administrator

12 months+

Menlo Park- current remote and then onsite .

 

Summary

The successful candidate will serve as the internal champion and subject expert for the administration of SFDC. Expected to conduct ongoing support, business analysis and activities for  enhancements, upgrades, data conversions and report development for multiple business groups with varying needs. This individual will be passionate about their work, self-motivated,

detail oriented and would be a point of contact for all project work and issues related to SFDC.

Key duties and responsibilities

·         Own and deliver new process updates and projects with cross-functional stakeholders, including ideation, requirement gathering, build and success tracking.

·         Participate in JAD session with Application managers and other team members to design and build secure, scalable and reusable components

·         Daily administration and support including customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validation rules.

·         Breakdown business requirements to epics, stories and sprints in a SFDC / WD based environment and create system / component level process flows

·         Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business and security requirements.

·         Leading deploys of changes to production, regression and smoke testing.

·         Working with application managers and project managers to define, create and manage complex workflow rules, data validations and triggers.

·         Coaching, mentoring, and professional development of Junior team members

 

Skills required

·         Experience managing SFDC Service Cloud with ability to design custom applications using out of the box features, minimizing tech debt.

·         Full understanding of the Salesforce Data model, understanding of SOQL, Visualforce, APEX and big data visualization using Einstein Analytics or Tableau.

·         Expertise in Salesforce sharing and security models in Salesforce.

·         Strong understanding of Agile based development practices and Sprint planning strategies working on multiple Salesforce projects.

·         Ability to critically review feature requests and make alternate proposals as warranted.

·         Basic release management experience.

·         Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.

·         Highly organized, detail oriented, and ability to work independently.

Mandatory Experience and certifications

·         5+ years in SFDC administration

·         Experience with LiveAgent (chat), Flow, Milestones, Validation Rules, Workflow Rules,

·         Process Builder and basic call center configuration.

·         Experience working in iterative projects, and with deployment strategies/processes

·         (staging environment vs. production).

·         Experience with Apex, VisualForce, Flow Builder, and Salesforce APIs and Service Cloud.

·         Certifications : Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, and Application Architect
