Role - Fabric Architect at Hybrid 

Location – Montvale, NJ

Hybrid – 2-3 days per week.

 

Overview
we are looking for  senior, hands-on Fabric architect to work onsite with leadership to guide adoption of Microsoft Fabric and evolution of their data platform.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with client leadership to shape and guide Fabric adoption
• Assess current data landscape (Data Studio, Databricks, Azure) and define practical path forward
• Help connect data to AI use cases (enable access to data for AI teams)
• Provide clear direction on what Fabric can support today vs roadmap
• Engage directly with Microsoft teams and drive accountability on deliverables and timelines
• Contribute to modernization of Data Studio architecture (modular, extensible, Fabric-aware)

 

Required Experience

• Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric
• Strong background in enterprise data architecture (Azure ecosystem)
• Experience working across Fabric and Databricks environments
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, evolving environments with limited upfront definition
• Experience working directly with senior stakeholders / leadership teams

• Able to challenge vendors (Microsoft) and push conversations forward
• Strong communicator between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Comfortable working onsite, high-touch, collaborative environment
