@user_8c2f18 Having this problem as well with an xr11 remote that had no problems controlling both tv and audio receiver until today, out of nowhere. Have tried using my corresponding receiver's code and paired successfully but had the same issue, whatever was paired last is what it controls but can't control both at once. Have tried all of their steps listed at the link but still can't get it to work. Tried checking for tv firmware updates, power cycling the box, factory resetting the remote and repairing it and still the issue persists. Once I connect to the receiver I can't use it to turn off my tv or switch tv inputs, it only works on the audio receive
@user_764908 can you tell me the steps are using to program the remote to the TV and Soundbar? Are your using the manual process and entering the 5 digit codes via the remote or using the on-screen automated experience?
@XfinityChad2 I am using XR11 remote. I have followed all the steps. Remote pairs with TV, then pairs with sound bar. But once soundbar is paired, TV is no longer paired. It all worked fine before a mid-December Xfinity update. Please let me know when Xfinity resolves the issue created by its update.
@mrmattatl Thank you. Manual pairing (and not using the onscreen prompts) for TV and audio pairing worked. I'm thinking something is wrong with the onscreen pairing programming rolled out with the latest Xfinity update. It's nice to have it up and running again.
I am a new Verizon customer. I have a Proscan 32" tv that I purchased just before christmas 2012 (so it is new) I do not know the model number off hand. I have tried to set up the Verizon remote using the code 302 and it did not work. When I tried to use the code search feature, the tv goes haywire (powering on/off, changing screen colors, and the LED light blinks odd colors. I have no access to the tv, the remote does not work, I have to manually power off the tv then turn it back on. Nothing that I do will allow this remote to connect to the tv. It worked fine with my LG tv in the living room, but nothing works for this tv, and i would love some help!!
I have a brand new Proscan LED TV and have tried to program my old FiOS remote for it, using both codes and search and a new FiOS remote using both codes and search - neither will program the TV into the remote. I know the process for each remote and can tell you how to try, but apparently there are NO codes that will work with Proscan. Can you advise? Is there a LEARN feature where you can just point one remote at the other and have it learn the codes like other systems?

Hi there, I am looking for the remote control code for Samsung Blue Ray DVD player, model BD-JM57C. Contacted Samsung technical support, and no one seems to have a clue what that code is, amazingly. Thanks for your help in advance.
