Recovery Devon welcomes Hilda Kalap as Managing Director

Hilda brings a wealth of experience to the role including lived experience of overcoming mental health challenges. She has held senior management roles within charities such as the British Red Cross, and latterly been part of the strategic partnerships team at Bristol mental health charity Second Step followed by a stint working at Langdon Hospital in Dawlish, the base for inpatient secure mental health services.
“I’m delighted to be joining Recovery Devon at this exciting new chapter in its history. This organisation shares my passion to champion the voice of lived experience and to challenge stigma and discrimination around mental health,” she said.
