Query Related to adding new Modules

Kudos to Re constructor :) for its immense help.
Actually I need to add a *NOT A FREE* RDBMS software as a MODULE,how
this can be done because they are not distributing via apt-get repo.
I wanted to create an ISO along with the RDBMS packaged on to it.
Any help is really appreciated.
