I can't find usplash-dev in the Feisty respository

Hello!

I'm trying to install Reconstructor by the debian package, and it warned me that I don't have usplash-dev installed, and this package doesn't exist in the repositories ( http://packages.ubuntu.com/feisty/misc/ ).

Running the tar.gz reconstructor's version, the same error:
"""
[...]
Please install the dependencies and restart reconstructor.
Installing dependencies: squashfs-tools libbogl-dev usplash-dev dpkg-dev fakeroot
E: O pacote usplash-dev não tem candidato para instalação
"""

Looking for it, I founded the package libusplash-dev, that didn't exist in previous versions. Does the name of the package changed?
What should I do?

Yeah that has been around for awhile. Now that feisty is released, I
will get a fix for it.
