Hi, all,

Posted this last week on the Reconstructor web site forum, but no
response so I'm trying my luck here.

I'm using Reconstructor v2.6 with a standard Ubuntu 7.04 LiveCD
image. Reconstructor starts fine, but when I try to start the
terminal, the message I get is:

=====>
Copying apt.conf configuration...
cp: cannot stat `/etc/apt/apt.conf': No such file or directory
Copying wgetrc configuration...
Launching Gnome-Terminal for advanced customization...

(gnome-terminal:15414): GnomeUI-WARNING **: While connecting to
session manager:
Authentication Rejected, reason : None of the authentication protocols
specified are supported and host-based authentication failed.
Restoring wgetrc configuration...
Removing apt.conf configuration...
Removing DNS info...
Umounting /proc...
=====>

Any suggestions on how I might fix this?

Strangely enough, it works now. Still the same combination (Ubuntu
7.04 on Reconstructor 2.6) but I used the default location /home/
myusername/reconstructor.

Earlier, I was using a directory on another mounted file system. I
had write access and all. Other than that change, I don't know what
the difference is.
