Hi folks!
I have some trouble with Linux on my Zynq board. Sometimes i get the following
message on my console:
macb e000b000.ethernet eth0: DMA bus error: HRESP not OK
After this message the whole system is frozen for a minute or so and
afterwards it runs normally. Does anyone experience the same or does onybody
know how to fix it?

Hi Sebastian,
I also encountered this several times after booting, I then restarted the system and it works then. However, I also do not know what exactly is the root cause for this or how to fix this. For me it was not worth it to investigate it further since it happens rather rarely, but if it also happens for you or even more often we might want to check it.

even if this thread is a little bit old I accidentally found a solution for the problem. See https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/commit/?id=7a3cc2a7b2c723aa552028f4e66841cec183756d for a solution. I did this change in the Xilinx kernel locally and didn't see the error again.
