Vivado integrated into RDK

Good news everyone!

Work on the next Version of ReconOS continues and with commit [1] in the
develop branch the ReconOS Development Kit (RDK) now supports Vivado. To make
use of it change the TargetXil variable in your build.cfg:

#TargetXil = ise,14.7 # uses ISE for synthesis
TargetXil = vivado,2017.1

Make sure to match the version string (like "2017.1") to your installed
version. We currently prepared templates for vivado versions 2016.2 and
2017.1 . Then a

rdk export_hw

will create a Vivado project under build.hw. You can open and synthesize it with

vivado build.hw/myReconOS.xpr

The commands "rdk build_hw" and "rdk clean_hw" are not yet implemented but
will folllow soon. Please have a look at the new functionality and give us
feedback. Stay tuned!
