Each Play-Tester should complete the Evaluation Form below after finishing  their game(s).  The qualitative questions will help better determine balance although they are not required.  You should complete this form for each game you play.

Seeing...

To assist those playing a second game, we have added the Evaluation Summary to the web site.  The Summary will show the victorious side and player opinions on balance and other items.  Click here and look for the Evaluation Summary page on the left.

Submitting...

You should submit an evaluation for each game you complete.  Each player submits his own 10 question multi-choice form at the completion of his game.  Complete the Evaluation here.  Your responses are available in real-time. 

Note: You may submit your evaluation first and immediately see it in the Evaluation Summary.  It is all managed by the Google webpage.
