Gopro App video preview stream?

Has anyone thought about adding on a function where you can view a live stream of the gopro app camera preview to the MOD in your goggles. If someone could get back to me this is really something im interested in seeing. Thanks!

Hi Jstrain,

MOD Live uses Bluetooth to connect to the Contour+ camera. There is currently no Bluetooth streaming available from a GoPro.

What about having the iPhone or Android connected to the Gopro using Wifi and leverage the Engage or Airwave apps to send the camera view ?

Would this be possible ?

Hello Oliver,

this would be a great idea.

I have a GoPro too and i think many peoples has a GoPro.

An iPhone/Android App to forward the Video stream to the ModLive would be nice.

Live streaming Radio/Video from the Internet would be nice too.

Only the problem to bring the VideoStream into the HUD...

You could connect to the livestream by connecting to WiFi.
