Voice Prints

Are they stored persistently or must they be created by running createVoicePrint() every time the application is run? I want to make sure I am not creating or adding to the same voice print every time the app is run needlessly, and also if there is a way to create voice prints and save them for later, as to not re-create them each time I run the app or to share them between multiple applications that use Recognito.
