Research Coordinator required in Chennai:

Kabadiwalla Connect is an award winning waste management company seeking to hire a research coordinator in Chennai, India.

The role will ensure continuous improvement of the candidate’s abilities through active collaborations with Kabadiwalla Connect’s leadership team, which includes advisors from India, Europe and America.

Candidates with experience in waste-management, survey design and implementation, design thinking, rapid prototyping, and academic and blog writing will be shown preference. Prior experience in working at a startup-like environment, with proven ability to work independently to meet deadlines is a bonus.

The broad outline of responsibilities are as follows:

• To lead our research mandate for a World Bank funded project that looks to deploy ICT technology to streamline the collection of post-consumer waste from the city by leveraging the informal sector.
• To liaise with our technology team to prototype and iterate on our technology offerings based on research findings.
• To develop content based on research findings for our blog and assist with academic writing.

Required Languages: Tamil and English

Required Experience: 1 to 3 years.

Salary will range from 4.2  lacs to 4.8 lacs per annum based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹420,000.00 to ₹480,000.00 /year
