admin interface

is there any built-in support or 3rd party module to create an admin
area like Django's Admin interface, or Symfony Admin Generator?

Through recess tools you can generate scaffolding for each of your
models. You'll need to do your own access control on the new
controllers, though, and schema changes will not be reflected unless you
regenerate (in which case you'll lose any customizations).

In The Future(tm) we may have better.
