Updated Receiver Schematic

Based on Jerry's excellent debug work, and his findings that the 2m receiver mixer section can achieve adequate sensitivity, I have updated the Receiver schematic design. It is quite a bit simpler now that the 20-dB gain block has been removed, which allowed for an I2C port expander to also be removed from the design. Jerry found that some component values need to be changed. Those changes are not yet reflected in the schematics.

The next receiver board spin will be compatible with the new Digital Interface Module, allowing the receiver to be controlled over USB or WiFi.
