How to generate the sln of RecastDemo in Windows? There isn't Premake5 2019 file in RecastDemo folder

It seems that the Premake5 isn't for windows.

Not sure what you mean, but premake5 is here: https://premake.github.io/download.html

and premake.lua is here: https://github.com/recastnavigation/recastnavigation/blob/master/RecastDemo/premake5.lua

Addition: just download premake5 into the folder containing premake.lua and type in cmd window (in the directory containing these two files) something like

premake vs2019 ...

(see Recast readme file)
