to reCAPTCHA

The enquiry forms on our website are integrated with Salesforce using Web-to-Lead functionality. We are using Google reCAPTCHA version 3 (V3) for our website forms. Recently we have started to receive spam submissions and in order to tackle it, we choose to activate "Require reCAPTCHA Verification" in web-to-lead settings.

The issue is when "Require reCAPTCHA Verification" option is checked in web-to-lead settings, leads are not getting created inside salesforce. But the same setting is working fine when we were using Google reCAPTCHA V2 for our forms.

Can someone help me to fix this issue?
