Dice.com is asking me to type captcha for every job application

Hello Good people! Hope you'll are doing well. 

I have to type the captcha every time I apply for a job on dice.com and indeed.com. I check with both the websites support teams and they weren't of much help. Is there any way I can avoid this happening? It's really frustrating. Let me know if you need any details.
