Loading of reCAPTCHA is very slow and Inconsistent

i am using recaptcha in a form in my page...and its behaviour is very
inconsistent..at times it loads properly...other times it gets
stuck...i have some jquery ajax dependent dropdown menus in my
form...so when the recaptcha hasnt appeared on page yet..the
population of the 2nd dependent dropdown is affected with it as
well.Same is the case when the form is submitted and returned with any
server side errors...the captcha gets stuck...All my google related
services are generally slow these days..and this also seems to be a

to my page...is there any way of including the recaptcha javascript
manually without the need for google?it may solve problem...Kindly
help me out plz

Since Google now own reCAPTCHA, I would have thought not.
