How to remove reCaptcha from a Google Form

Hi!

I'm a PE over on the Docs forum - I mostly help on Sheets! If we met at the Summit, hello again!

I'm trying to help a user over on the Docs forum who's having issues with her Form. Her primary problem is that her respondents are reporting that their mobile devices hang when they click the submit button. Or, some people think they've submitted, but she does not see their responses. 

In trying to troubleshoot that main issue, PEs on the forum asked about the reCaptcha feature that the Form seems to be using. The thing is, she has no knowledge of ever installing reCaptcha.

There's a reCaptcha logo and privacy link at the bottom of her Form. I've submitted test responses and sometime been challenged but sometimes not. 

Bottom line, she'd like to remove the reCaptcha challenge for now as a step in isolating her submission problem. 

I'd like to invite you to come to that thread and help her / us figure out how to remove or disable the feature for her form. Here are a couple of links:
