As the subject says, as of today, I can't access sites that use reCapcha from my Chromebook on University wifi. I begrudgingly updated Chromebook when the problem started to be safe, but doesn't help. Since Chrome is fully updated, the only conclusion is the connection I am on.

To be clear, it works testing here: https://patrickhlauke.github.io/recaptcha/

and I see the image here: https://support.google.com/recaptcha#6262736

So it should run. I'm not blocked, my computer can run it, etc. All the tests work, it just doesn't work on any other website.

Please upgrade to a supported browserto get a reCAPTCHA challenge.
Alternatively if you think you are getting this page in error, please check your internet connection and reload.
Why is this happening to me?

This adds to my existing annoyance with reCapcha as a whole. It is not that "one click" experience you people advertise it as. It's a horrible convuluted mess that is by far the WORST capcha solution I ever had the displeasure of using. Several stupid puzzles, one after another. None are "hard" (well, aside from being asked to identify which building among skyscrapers houses apartments since there's no way for me to know looking outside all those identical buildings), but they are often wrong or ask for one thing, but accepts something else as the correct answer instead. The worst are the ones that repeatedly load new pictures, slowly, without stopping until it decides that it's done with my crazy annoying minigame. It likely pushes so many because for whatever reason every ISP shares it's IP with multiple uses and rotates them, but that just further emphasizes the uselessness here because I have this experience on three different service provides simultaneously. So between having to go through hoops for every website stupid enough to use reCapcha - from home, school, or mobile - now I can't access the websites at all! and spammers already get around it easily so there's literally no point in it now. I wish reCapcha would just die already! The old typing approach didn't take nearly as long to go through.

This overall means that I can't access certain academic material while at school.

Its funny cuz another site that uses this same stupid annoying recaptcha works fine but the main site that was working yesterday does not and gives that above error.
I upgraded Firefox not that I wanted to disabled and removed all addons rebooted and still nothing then I went threw the steps and checked everything listed .
My Iphone works fine and the Recaptcha works fine on safari. Microsoft Edge on the same win10 machine works fine and I havent upgraded that hunk of junk in a year. But all of a sudden Firefox is being targeted...
