reCAPTCHA 2.0 Not working on my adobe muse FORM

I use an adobe software call Adobe muse to publish websites. Recaptcha 1.0 was working fine - all you needed to do on the form was put the public and secret key and the form automatically worked. Since Re-captcha 2.0 came out - I registered for new 2.0 keys and the form doesn't work - I get an error saying  - THE SERVER encountered an error when hitting the submit button - I even got my hosting company to amend the php.ini file to allow url_fopen  thinking that would fix this issue.  Without recaptcha 1.0 I get way too much junk mail - and I cannot go back to that as there are no longer options to register for 1.0 keys - any advice would be most welcome.
