No CAPTCHA showing on page.

The operating system is Windows 10 64 Bit. Using IE 11 and latest version of Chrome. When I want to search for a topic in Google (Both IE 11 and Chrome) I get two horizontal lines and no CAPTCHA. Could you please guide me to a solution.

I am also seeing the same problem on my mac. The captcha doesn't load and seeing line after line appear. Google tries to keep loading it but it is not able to. I am unable to use google on google chrome as of now.
