The error occurs when a guest tries to create a new forum topic.
Public and private keys are obtained from the reCAPTCHA site for the
domain "ilyxa.ho.ua",
also they are included in the module parameters reCAPTCHA forum;
and also included in the reCAPTCHA field settings on the forum.

How to solve this problem?

It works!
I did not do anything. Just posted this subject and waited a couple of
hours.

reCaptcha displaying, but new problem appears:
"I can not verify the verification word, there is no connection to the
server. Please try again in a minute."
It is really a temporary problem?
