Hi Everyone,

1st time here, and I have a MASSIVE problem that is preventing me in
submitting my final project for a course that I am doing,

The Recaptcha is not working as it should. First whenever anyone would
submit the Contact Us form on my site the right pages would not
appear. (ie Thankyou.html if recaptcha code entered correctly, and
captcha_error if code entered incorrectly.) Instead I would get ERROR
404 page to appear saying that the page does not exist or may have
expired even though THAT IS NOT THE CASE, and clearly the pages were
uploaded to the servers and could be viewed independently. As far as I
could see there was no mis-spelling...

So I need to resolve this, but I need some assistance Urgently....I
was told to add a "unqualified URL" to the action part of the contact
form so that it would read action = "http://mysite/formmail.php.

Added that and I get: Warning: error_log() has been disabled for
security reasons in /www/zymichost.com/b/h/c/bhcentral/htdocs/Contact
Us/formmail.php on line 142

The following errors were found:
You are trying to send mail to a domain that is not in the allowed
recipients list. Please read the manual section titled "Setting Up the
PHPFormMail Script".
PHPFormMail has experienced errors that must be fixed by the
webmaster. Mail will NOT be sent until these issues are resolved. Once
these issues are resolved, you will have to resubmit your form to
PHPFormMail for the mail to be sent.

And so now I am not sure what to do next!!! Can anyone help please!!!
This is urgent and is preventing me from moving on to submitting the
assignment and going onto the next stage of the course!!

It'd be HUGELY appreciated.

And you think you've found the problem, and have submitted it to the
mailing list responsible...

I'm sure it is.

In most cases of 'it[reCAPTCHA] isn't working', 'it' turns out not to
be reCAPTCHA, but what it's been crammed into.

'Clearly' you're sending users to non-existant pages. I've yet to see
any evidence of reCAPTCHA being the problem here...

By whom? For what?

reCAPTCHA doesn't send mail. This error has nothing to do with
reCAPTCHA. I suggest you target your request to one of the 'beginner'
lists for the language/package you're using, rather than blaming some
library that works for numerous others. This isn't a 'teach me PHP'
list.

This list is for people who are /experienced/ in the language/platform
they're using and are having problems with reCAPTCHA on that
language/platform, not for people new to language/platform and want
tutorials for said language/platform.

Find the appropriate list for your question.

I do hope I won't be working with you/your code in the next few
months. Seriously.

set up a simple redirect first .. to a valid page to correctly
validate using recaptcha... thats the way to get it done right ....

that way you know recaptcah is up and running and of course .. after
that .. then you can add the form mail or whatever else yoiu want to
on the page.... ..

start simple.. then add stuff... its like the kiss principle.. and it
works..

I am currently using it in a variety of ways.. and its doing alright
be me so far...

of course .. nobody knows me and I have no real forums and stuff that
people use a lot.. but for everything else its working marvelous...

yoiu can test a sample redirect here at
http://2src.arcnexus.net/Default_SRC_SVR.asp

dummy down first .. then save the one that works and start adding
stuff later is my best suggestion...
