my reCAPTCHA is failing due to firewall block on 1e100.net in our server, what are the IP ranges for this services. Can anyone provide us IP Range for 1e100.net? We want to open it up in firewall but we need IP range.

I'm sorry, but it's not possible to predetermine the IP range. Google is constantly changing at multiple levels to get the best service possible and even an internal change by your ISP could affect which servers you get routed to.

The request from your server is outbound http protocol traffic on port 80 or 443 (depending on whether you coded the validation request for http or https). That's a very standard request. In fact the request is no different from a user bringing up a browser on the server and going to www.google.com.
