How to Always Show Image Puzzle instead of Simple Click?

I want the verification of CAPTCHA to always challenge the user with the image puzzle. On the admin console of the recaptcha v2, I set the security preference to "Most Secure (all security features turned on)". Is this the way to do it?

By "all security features turned on" does it mean that it always challenge the user with the image puzzle or not always but when the user is challenged, it's not only the "Select all images" type of challenge but also includes "Select all box containing the symbol", "Select multiple" types of challenges? I really find it confusing.
